Furnace, Ductwork, and Scaffolding - Third Week in April

We have a furnace - takes up a lot more room than we thought it would.

The ductwork is coming along - should be finished by April 27th.

Scaffolding for the stucco has begun - hooray!!

More Roof Progress!!

Shingle squares being loaded on the roof - the guy remotely operating the lift was amazing!

It sure is nice to see the house being weatherproofed...they should be finished with the shingles by Wednesday, April 13th.

Roof Progress - Hooray!!

The wind & rain died down long enough to get this much felt paper on.  The shingles will be loaded tomorrow so whatever breaks in the weather the roofers get, we'll see some progress.  We laid out the driveway today in the wind & rain - we're going with a roundabout - they're very popular here.  Ours will be a one-lane version so we don't expect any cross-traffic issues!
